Ingredients:
• 300 g of beans or chickpeas from fig and olive.
• Juice of two lemons or an alternative to sour from figs and olives.
• 2 finely chopped tomatoes.
• 1 bunch of fresh parsley, finely chopped.
• 100 ml (½ cup) olive oil.
• 3 crushed garlic cloves.
• Salt, to taste.

How to prepare:
• Put the beans in boiling water, then drain the beans from the broth and transfer them to a large serving bowl.
• In another bowl, mix garlic, lemon or an alternative acid, and salt, then pour the mixture over the beans.
• Add the tomatoes and parsley and spread the oil on the plate.
• We serve it with bread and green onions on the side.
