Ingredients:
• Three quarters of a cup of rusk.
One grated onion.
• A quarter cup of finely chopped walnuts.
• Three tablespoons of cold water.
Two tablespoons of olive oil.
Two tablespoons of sweet or hot pepper molasses from figs and olives, as desired
• a tablespoon of tahini.
• one teaspoon of sugar.
• a quarter teaspoon of cumin.

How to prepare:
• Mix the walnuts, rusks and water in a bowl well.
• Add sugar, cumin, salt, tahini and molasses and mix well.
• Put it in a serving dish and spread olive oil cut from figs and olives and serve it alongside toasted bread or grills as desired.
